Shipping policy
URGENT ORDERS
To make an urgent order please follow these steps carefully;
1. Put everything you want into your shopping cart as usual.
2. When you are finished shopping, go to your Cart and double-check your order.
You can also add a note for us, such as a PO# or if you wish your production to handle freight.
3. Continue to CHECK OUT where you will need to fill out your name and shipping details.
4. Do NOT enter any payment details.
Instead, in the Payment section, simply select "URGENT ORDERS!".
5. Finally, press the blue "Complete Order" button.
We will get back to you with an itemised invoice for you to check and approve.
Note, urgent orders attract a Priority surcharge which will be added to your invoice.
Extra Fees (Freight)
Overseas customers, we use "Delivered At Place" (or DAP) for all orders.
This means you will be responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes that may be due before your goods are delivered. These fees will usually be payable to the freight company directly. (Exception: UK orders where goods are collectively less than £135, will have V.A.T. added to your order at Check Out.)
By continuing with your purchase, you understand and agree that these extra fees will be payable by you.
Further, should you refuse to pay these fees, you acknowladge we have the right to charge you for any return shipping and administrative fees we incur, which we will deduct from your original payment method.

All goods purchased from this website are shipped from Australia.
All prices on this website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all order will be processed in Australian Dollars.
It takes approximately 3 - 5 business days for us to receive your payment.
Once your payment is received it will take a further 5 - 7 business days to process most orders.
Note, this does not include the additional time required for the shipping of your goods which will depend on where the goods are to be sent and the type of service used to send them (see below).
Whilst we do our best to expedite orders, we are unable to guarantee deliveries for a specific delivery window.
Orders are stock dependant and some further delays may occur should we need to manufacture your goods prior to shipping.
Many of the products sold on this site contain alcohol and must freight as Dangerous Goods. This means they must be packed, freighted and documented in very specific ways.
Dangerous Goods freight requirements are governed by international laws outside of our control. Unfortunately these strict freight requirements attract higher fees which must be passed onto the customer. We appreciate your understanding.
We partner with DHL for all our Dangerous Goods services which travel express only. This service and the relevant DG charges will be automatically added at checkout.
Orders containing only Non-DG products may be sent by postal services.
Stock Levels
Although we aim to maintain stock of all items, from time to time we may run out of exactly what you have ordered.
Should this occur, we will contact you quickly to discus all available options.
Please understand that large quantities of any single product may need to be manufactured to your specific order.
Freight Timing
Custom clearance is a tricky process, and will usually require you to pay extra taxes and duties before your goods are released for delivery.
DHL shipping will take around two weeks to arrive into your country, not including customs clearance.
For Australia Post freight, the following is a rough estimate of delivery times -

Customs clearance can be expedited if you have your own Customs broker, but this must be organised prior to packing and sending.
