Refund policy
We have a 14-day refunds, returns & replacements policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
Please follow these steps for refunds, returns & replacements;
1. Contact us regarding the problem and send images to support your concerns. Let us know how you would like the situation resolved.
2. Wait for us to return your email where we will outline the possible options.
IMPORTANT: Do not send any goods back to us unless and until we specifically request you do so. Items sent back to us without our prior approval may not be accepted.
Damages
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and issue a replacement. We do not offer store credit or exchange on damaged products. We reserve the right to issue a refund rather than replace the goods.
Change of Mind
We will consider any refund request on a case by case basis. For hygienic reasons, all items must return to us unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before you send your product back, please contact us to discuss.
Note that if you do return your order, we expect you to use a freight service similar to that with which your goods were originally sent, to ensure they reach us in a resalable condition.
A majority of our products must freight as Dangerous Goods. Returning hazardous goods is illegal if done incorrectly.
Normal mail services do NOT accept the shipment of dangerous goods.
Instead, you must use a specialised courier to provide this service.
The customer agrees that they are responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items, including the coordination, packaging, declarations and freight of any dangerous goods through a specialised courier service. The original freight cost is non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received the return and approved your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less any credit card or bank fees, within 10 business days. We may also at our discretion deduct a 25% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items, special items, items sold on sale "as is" with imperfect packaging or gift cards.
