Attention: Whilst we do our best to expedite orders, we are unable to guarantee deliveries for a specific delivery window.
If you have an urgent order, please contact us BEFORE completing your order.
Often, time sensitive orders are best organised by your own Production Company, using their preferred local freight service.
We processes most orders within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment.
After your order is packed, the following is indicative of general delivery timeframes -
Non-Flammable:

Dangerous Goods (outside Australia):
Once your purchase of DG products (flammable) has been finalised and packed, it will take around two weeks to arrive into your country.
Custom clearance is a tricky process, but please note that Dangerous Goods do get priority treatment.
Customs clearance can be expedited if you have your own Customs broker, but this must be organised prior to packing and sending.
(Note: Dangerous Goods travel via express by default and a DG charge will be automatically added to your order.)
If I prefer, can I order with you directly?
Yes! We appreciate that you may require services not available through this website.
For example, you may;
* need to use a Purchase Order
* require specific shipping
* prefer to receive an invoice before purchasing
Whatever your reason, you can get individual service from us.
Please fill out our Order Form and we will be in contact with you with any details you request.
You can also contact us directly with any questions you may have.
Help! I gave you the wrong address!
If, before your goods have been dispatched, you realise you have given us incorrect shipping information, please contact us quickly to try and resolve the situation. We will do everything within our means to help rectify the problem.

We regret there is very little we can do once your order has left us and is in the hands of the freight company.
Once the goods are out of our hands and we take no responsibility for loss of goods.
Your best course of action is to contact the freight company directly for advice.
Any additional costs incurred must be borne by you, the customer, and we reserve the right to charge your payment method should we be debited by the freight company for any actions taken.
Can I change my mind once I have paid?
A long as your order has not been sent, we will do everything possible to help you change or cancel your order.
For any changes, extra processing and restocking fees may apply.
Please understand that there is nothing we can do once your order has been sent.
NOTE: once we begin work, no refunds can be given on special orders such as bespoke colours or palettes.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements
All refunds, returns and replacements must be lodged with us within five working days of delivery of your goods.
Please email us at info@alliedfxco.com with your invoice number and details about the product(s), what action you require and why.
Where appropriate, please submit details of any damage, including photos, to help us assess your claim.
All refunds, returns and replacements will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Should we need goods returned to us for assessment, they must be freighted to us within ten business days of our request.
We will pay for return shipping should we deem the product faulty or sent in error, otherwise return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Due to the nature of most cosmetic items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:
- The item has been opened or has been used in any way
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds will be provided in the same form of payment as the original purchase and may take up to 10 days to process from the receipt of returned goods.
NOTE: once we begin work, no refunds can be given on special orders such as bespoke colours or palettes.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been finalised, you will be issued with tracking details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
This site uses the Paypal payment gateway. Whatever payment details you have set up with Paypal should work with this site.
If you wish to use another payment type, please use the "My Production Quote" option when purchasing products.
This means you can submit your order and we will get back to you with some other payment options.
What if I don't want what I ordered?
We are happy to exchange or refund any product that has been sent to you in error.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, products can not be exchanged just because you changed your mind.

Dangerous Goods
What are Dangerous Goods and why do they cost so much to send?
Many of our products must travel as "DG" because they contain alcohol.
This means they must be packed, freighted and documented in very specific ways.
Dangerous Goods freight requirements are governed by international laws outside of our control.
Unfortunately these strict freight requirements attract high fees which must be covered by the customer.
