Site Terms and Condition Definitions
GENERAL
Welcome to our Allied FX Company website ("AFX" or the “Site”).
AFX ("we", "us" or "our") provides the services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please note that if you visit one of our Stockist sites, you are subject to the terms and conditions applicable for that Site and we suggest that you consult such terms and conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW
The Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Victoria, Australia.
MODIFICATION
We may modify or remove any part of these Terms, or content of the Sites, at any time without notice. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to, or removal from, the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites thereafter constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Sites or Terms. If you do not agree to any change, then you must immediately stop using the Sites.
You should read the Terms before placing an order online and check back often for any changes. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order, unless we are required to make the change by law.
We do not promise to continue to offer or maintain the Sites. We may, at any time and without prior notice to you, withdraw the Sites from use and terminate any or all of the rights granted by the Terms.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
You agree to provide us with accurate information regarding your order, billing and delivery details.
If, before your goods have been dispatched, you realise you have given us incorrect shipping and/or order details, please contact us quickly to try and resolve the error. We will do everything within our means to help rectify the problem.
We take personal privacy seriously, so before we change anything, we will require your order details and may need some form of identification to verify who you are. Depending on the changes required, we may also require you to provide details of your original payment method.
IMPORTANT: Once your goods have been dispatched, you agree that we are no longer able to change your order in any way.
You further agree not to hold us responsible for the loss or replacement of any goods sent to an address that you have given us in error.
Shipping to UK
Unfortunately, due to the VAT laws, we do not sell directly to UK customers at this time.
However, we have several UK and EU stockists in England, Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Please go here to find the stockist closest to you.
Should you have any questions or special requirements, please let us know info@alliedfxco.com
Orders & Payment
PLACING AN ORDER + ORDER ACCEPTANCE
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the Site. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to placing your order. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the REFUNDS, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS Policy.
If you require any information regarding your order please do so via the CONTACT US page.
We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error. If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
PAYMENT
You pay using a Debit/Credit Card, PayPal or Afterpay. You confirm that the credit card, debit card, PayPal or Afterpay account that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Your CCV or sometimes called CVC number ( Credit Card Verification number ) is requested during your payment processing application form online as this number is only found on the physical card, not any receipts or imprints from manual 'click clack' machines. Although this doesn't guarantee the card has not been stolen it does assure us that the person placing the order has the card with them at the time of the order and is an additional security feature required for your safety.

Professional Use Only
Professional Use Only
All AFX products are made with food, cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical grade ingredients and are safe on human hair and skin.
Many AFX products, such as our Inks, Aquagels, Sealers etc. are registered/certified as cosmetic in the EU, UK and USA (MOCRA).
Other AFX products, specifically our Adhesives and Bloods do not fall under the definition of 'cosmetic', but are nonetheless made with the same skin-safe ingredients.
None of our ingredients - including our solvents - require Proposition 65 warnings.
The phrase ‘Professional Use Only’ is required by certain regulatory bodies to indicate when products are meant to be used by professionals who are suitably trained and understand the potential adverse effects of using a product incorrectly.
Allied FX Company will take no responsibility in the event of any adverse reactions, caused by the use (or misuse, intentional or otherwise), or incorrect storage of the Product.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the products and it is strongly advised that products are tested on the skin or costume etc. prior to use to ensure they perform as required.
Unless otherwise instructed or allowed, prolonged contact with eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided.
