It all started when we made our inks for ‘Pirates of the Caribbean II & III’.

They loved them (thanks folks!), so with that encouragement, we decided to ‘go public’ with a small range of basics and Bluebird FX was born.

After a few years, we developed our innovative range of bloods, which found popularity with the costume, SFX and art departments too.

Next we turned our hand to making products for the semi-pro & amateur artist, cosplayer and student.

Now we have grown again.
New products, new ranges, a new factory – a new beginning!

So we decided to change our name with a nod to the past and an eye to the future…
That’s why we became Allied FX Company!
